By creating an account, accessing, or using The Client Cliq App ("Cliq," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cliq. Beauty professionals ("Pros") may register directly. Clients may only join a Cliq via an invite link issued by a Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Cliq facilitates appointment exchanges between clients of the same Pro. All swaps require explicit approval from the Pro before they are finalized. Cliq is a coordination tool only; we do not guarantee swap completion, reschedule salon bookings on your behalf, or mediate disputes outside the platform reporting features.
You retain ownership of content you post to the Salon Lounge (text, images, comments). By posting, you grant us a limited license to display that content within your Cliq. Posts are ephemeral and automatically deleted after 72 hours. You may not post unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or commercially promotional content. Pros may pin, delete, or report posts within their Cliq.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Practices. Client display names (aliases) are visible to other clients in the same Cliq; real names are visible only to the Pro. Phone numbers are used solely for optional SMS notifications and are never shared with other users.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another user's account or data; (b) share invite codes or links outside their intended audience; (c) use Cliq for commercial solicitation unrelated to the Pro's services; (d) post content that violates any applicable law; or (e) circumvent any security or access controls.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account by contacting support.
Cliq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed appointments, swap failures, or damages arising from your use of the platform beyond what is required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
